Wow, check that out. Not only are your Chicago Bulls the top team in the famed Central Division of the NBA, but now the Chicago Bulls hold sole possession of first place in the NBA's Eastern Conference. Chicago's dominant stretch including a win against the elite New Orleans Pelicans and a second win this season versus the frisky Detroit Pistons (holding off a massive 3-point outing from future NBA MVP Luka Garza) clearly won some people over in league circles, as the official standings have the Bulls atop a slew of undefeated squads simply because of how impressive they are and not at all because of alphabetical order.
Alex Caruso (aka "The Carushow") showed out over the two-game stretch, notching a blister 11.5 points per game. People are comparing him to some of the greats, and it's easy to see why.

The resemblance in appearance and playing ability is impossible to miss. Enjoy it while you can, because Caruso will probably only be around long enough to bring only nine or ten more titles to Chicago after the one the Bulls win this season.
All this goes to say: Buckle up, Bulls fans. If this team keeps up their current pace, we're witnessing the first 82-0 season in NBA history.
Bull Down.
Tomorrow: Bulls trade all players except Tyler Cook and top three picks in 2022 for cash and seventh round pick in 2026.
Bull Down
A well-earned passing of the torch
